Turn PDF pages into JPG files in the browser
Why a PDF becomes pictures, what you lose in the conversion, and how to keep the original file private.
A PDF is not already a photo
A PDF can mix type, vectors, and embedded images. Many websites and chat apps refuse that container and ask for JPG. Converting means drawing each page as a bitmap, then saving those drawings.
The AyukTools converter does that drawing in your browser. The PDF is not uploaded to our server. You download the JPGs yourself when the pages look right.
What you give up
Searchable text becomes pixels. Zooming a JPG will not stay as sharp as zooming the original PDF. Forms do not stay fillable. If you still need an official copy, keep the PDF next to the images.
Password-locked files that the browser cannot open cannot be converted here. Very long documents can freeze a phone tab. Split the file or use a desktop browser if that happens.
A sensible order of work
Start with the smallest PDF that still has the pages you need. After conversion, compress a JPG only if a form has a size cap. Going the other way, photos can be merged back into a PDF with the JPG to PDF tool.
If the job is OCR or heavy editing, this is the wrong page. Use a document editor, then come back only for a quick image export.
